What is Bid Estimate Pro?
A desktop construction estimating app for Windows and macOS. Organize bid rows, quantities, resources, assemblies, cost codes, formulas and markups. Mac installers support Apple silicon and Intel.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. Free guest access needs no card and allows 3 Bid Rows, 20 estimate rows including children, 10 resources, 5 assemblies, 10 dashboard entries and 1 open project tab. New subscribers can also start a separate 30-day full subscription trial with a card.
How much does a subscription cost?
$13 USD per seat/month. Each seat allows one active computer. After the new-subscriber trial, billing renews automatically unless canceled. Returning subscribers are billed at checkout. Manage seats inside Subscription & Devices.
Where are files saved, and how can I share reports?
Save editable .bep project files in folders you choose and keep backups. Export PDF or Excel, or copy summary tables into spreadsheets. The app does not store your data on the cloud. However, you may select company shared drives as save locations so all users have access to bids.
How do I cancel or get support?
Cancel in Subscription & Devices inside the app. Access continues through the current trial or billing period. For help, email Support@BidEstimatePro.com. Most emails are responded within 1-2 business days.
